These excerpts the Washington Post ran from the book 'Angler' on Vice President Dick Cheyney that was published last year? It probably will not change your thinking on anything or persuade you in your opinion of the man one way or the other, but it is very interesting from the standpoint of throughout history there are brief moments of crisis and conflict (usually shrouded in secrecy) that have huge ramifications on the course of human events and interesting enough to make me want to read the whole thing. . . and it's kinda funny too.
